Allen jammer dat het uitstellen van de uitchecktijd naar 14.00 uur niet werd toegestaan. Ook het opriumen van het ontbijt om 10.00 uur is aan de vroege kant.

Fijn en comfortabel hotel
De Golden Tulip is een fijn en comfortabel hotel, alleen de bedden zijn naar mijn mening een beetje aan de zachte kant. Het ontbijt s'ochtends is heel uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.
Het Restaurant Reuben heeft heerlijk eten s'avonds en zowel qua qualiteit en bediening is het perfect !
De mensen bij de front desk waren ook allemaal aardig en attent. De Golden Tulip is een fijn en comfortabel hotel, alleen de bedden zijn naar mijn mening een beetje aan de zachte kant. Het ontbijt s'ochtends is heel uitgebreid en goed verzorgd.

Many issues
I was quite disappointed by my stay in the Tulip Inn for many reasons. First, the construction started way to early. If it could have waited until at least 9am it would have been more appropriate. In addition, I was not informed about the construction when I made my reservation or any time before I arrived. Second, I used a international calling card in my room which I have used in many hotels all over the world and was charged from the hotel for the calls. It was a toll free number and should not have been charged. The individuals at the desk were nice, and the manager did take off some of the amount but the fact that I had to pay anything for this was absurd. my stay in tulipp inn in leiden
i was pleased with my stay at the hotel,i enjoyed it ,nice and clean rooms ,a very good customer service all the receptioniste were very friendly always smilling helping ,the breakfast was good too the facilitys in the room are in a very good standards ,i very much enjoy my stay there and am thinking of going back there again,the proximity of the hotel to train station make it easier to move around and is not far from the center of leiden,a short walk and you are there.and i tink it's a good value for money,i would like to think everyone in there,mangement and stuff they are doing a good job , i was pleased with my stay at the hotel,i enjoyed it ,nice and clean rooms ,a very good customer service all the receptioniste were very friendly always smilling helping ,the breakfast was good too the facilitys in the room are in a very good standards ,i very much enjoy my stay there and am... read more

Leiden Summer 10
The hotel was in a great location for us. We were there on business and could walk everywhere. Very convenient to the train station as well. We were able to store our luggage and leave later than stated check out time. It was really warm and with windows open on street/train station side, it was a bit noisy. Also construction wsa being done in hotel but it started and stopped at a reasonable time. Just caught us unaware when we arrived. Enjoyed the buffet breakfasts. weekend leiden
Wij hebben een geweldig weekend gehad in leiden, hotel was op loop- afstand van het centrum, Leiden zelf is een erg mooie/gezellige stad.
Het hotel was prima met erg uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, personeel erg vriendelijk, kamers waren schoon.Gezellige bar om s'avonds wat te drinken.
Niks op aan te merken en voor herhaling vatbaar! Wij hebben een geweldig weekend gehad in leiden, hotel was op loop- afstand van het centrum, Leiden zelf is een erg mooie/gezellige stad.
